The film starts out with Clyde Ashley Sherman, in the month of Nov. 2003, being requested by Dr. Gary R. Davis to leave the United States of America, in the middle of a Universal Studios Film and Director Michael Mann set of "Collateral" staring Tom Cruz and Jamie Foxx. We were shooting in Los Angeles, CA. I decided to answer the call from Dr. Gary R Davis flew to Le Tignet, France.
This is a small "Goat Town" in the South of France right above Cannes. I was brought there to assist Dr. Davis in making what turn out to be his last batch of B.A.C.E. Biological Activated Cytokin Extract. I spent over 30 days and nights in the lab working directly with Dr. Davis in all phases of the process. After completion, I was then asked to continue with Dr. Davis to AFRICA...As long as I could be home for Christmas I agreed.
We went to Dakar, Senegal and Guinea Bissau AFRICA. We went there to perform a Clinical Trial but due to government, political, and the greed of one of the French American Associates that had corrupted the investor and the Minister of Health's representative, we were not allowed to do a Clinical Trial at that time. I was very disappointed.....

The photo's show the 5 bedroom house in France who's basement was converted in to a Micro Biologist Lab, with centrifuge machine, Lament Flow Hood, Minus 80 Freezer, 4 Degree Refrigerator and a Microwave machine. The French Investor funded the complete manufacturing portion of the project. They were to pay me 250k for my work and failed to honor my agreement. I returned back to Los Angeles Dec 22, 2003 to go back to work for Jamie Foxx.
Dr. Davis went on in the Spring of 2004 to complete two successful Clinical trials in the Ivory Coast and GHANA. Dr. Davis was inducted into the Royal family in Ghana, recieved several write ups in the Accura newspaper and became friends with the sitting President, the First lady, Stevie Wonder's son that lived in Ghana at the time and the King of Do Do Wa. Dr. Davis while there in Ghana helped show Dr. Agazie and Dr. Bridgett Susu at the Nuggic Medical center in Ghana how to stop the AIDS virus from Fusing into a Human T Cell.
Dr. Davis died April 3, 2006 from a massive heart attack in his sleep. I talked to him at 8:30 PM he died at 10:30 PM....
The music in this film was done by Dr. Davis and his band. Dr. Davis is singing the Lead male vocals. The female is Ms. Black Oklahoma 1996, Star Fisher. The rap song was done by Dr. Davis's Cousins "Dat Reed Boi"...I created this film to inspire the world to help me continue Dr. Davis research. How I did it:
The following information is a detailed list of instructions to assist Sherman in remembering how much fun he had in France, right outside Cannes in November 2003
First you must acquire a goat. The female goat has an easier disposition and is recommended to use. The purpose of the goat is to manufacture Polycolonial Antibodies. The Polycolonial Antibody is required to stop AIDS from fusion in a human, thus eliminating the virus and restoring the quality of life.
PRE MANUFACTURING STEPS TO :BB7075
This can be achieved by contacting a VIROLOGIST and requesting that they obtain and make up killed AIDS virus. The virologist would contact ABI in Maryland. He would place an order to purchase the following “Killed Viruses”. ( HIV 13b, HIV 1mn, HIV2 NIHzn) Each CC would cost approximately $1,500.00 dollars. You will need .3cc of each virus to make up the amount to be given to the goat. This mixture is then given to a VETERINARIAN to be injected into a goat.
After four weeks, contact your VETERINARIAN and instruct them to remove [200cc] of blood from your goat.
Have the blood stored in 50 ml Blue top tubes. They should be refrigerated for 24 hours in a 4 degree refrigerator.
[This is done to harden the blood clot]. Once you receive the tubes from the Veterinarian, Your Microbiologist should centrifuged your serum at 4000 rpms for 30 minutes or 8000 rpms for 15 minutes. Once this cycle is complete, you can pool your SERUM.
STEP # 1 FOR MANUFACTURING
The SERUM is the liquid substance that separates as a result of centrifuging. Inside this SERUM is what we want the Polycolonial Antibody. We will refer to this antibody by LINTIVIR or LTV.
Note: During this process we found out that you can retrieve LTV from the harden clot that was usually thrown away once the serum was poured off. You do this by adding diluted PBS and Distilled water to the clot. Break up the clot with sterile tool and re-centrifuge. ( I used a Pipet ) There you have it MORE LTV from a clot.
Okay. We have our serum! [ The Red liquid] in the beeker is our pooled serum, plus the serum we received from the clotted blood. Now we will “MAKE IT SNOW”.
STEP # 2. The PRECIPITATION PHASE.
At this phase we add AMMONIUM SULFATE
to pull out our Polycolonial Antibody or [LINTIVIR =LTV ]
The Ammonium Sulfate is killing everything inside the beaker and bounding to LTV.
The following shots reflect the Ammonium Sulfate attaching to the very concentrated LTV that was present in our solution. This is now ready to be centrifuged.
PRECIPITATION CONTINUED
The following photographs reflect our solution after centrifuging at 4000 rpms for 30 minutes.
At this point the RED LIQUID represents = [ Anything that was present in the goats blood, Ammonium Sulfate and PBS ] This substance is poured off. The White substance at the bottom is
PBS + [LTV&AMMONIUM SULFATE]
STEP # 3 RECONSTITUTE LTV
The white substance at the bottom of the tube is then RECONSTITUTED with PBS.
STEP # 4 DIALYSIS
Now we are ready to start our DIALYSIS phase.
Dialysis is necessary to remove the Ammonium Sulfate from the LTV. The Dialysis phase requires a 10,000 Molecular Weight membrane ( Snake Skin) and PBS Buffer.
1. Cut the membranes to size to handle the amount of
LTV&(NH4)2 SO4.
2. Soak the membrane in PBS Buffer solution.
3. Tie off one end of the membrane, fill and tie off other end.
4. Membranes filled with [ LTV & AMMONIUM SULFATE ] will be submerged in PBS solution for 24 hours. Change the PBS every 4 hours. The dialysis process takes place in a 4-degree refrigerator. The total process is done while being stirred by a magnetic stir.
DIALYSIS CONTINUED
The Dialysis process allows the Ammonium Sulfate to flow in and out of the membrane. LTV having a larger mass than the Ammonium Sulfate will be trapped inside the membrane
After the 24-hour cycle, remove your membranes from the PBS bath. Puncture a hole into the membrane allowing the LTV to pour freely into a beaker.
1.The following shots are of the 10,000 Molecular Weight Membranes filled with LTV.
2. These shots show how the LTV is removed from the membrane.
STEP # 5 DILUTING THE LTV
At this point we must find out what the SPECIFIC GRAVITY of LTV is. From this, we will know how much PBS to add to LTV for it to have an appropriate concentration. To do this you must have an ANALYTICAL BALANCE.
STEP #6 .2 MILIMICRON FILTRATION
This step is necessary to filter out any VIRUS, BATERIA and FUNGUS that may be still present.
50 ML SYRINGE .2um FILTER
At this point the LTV is drawn into a syringe. A .2um filter would be attached to the syringe. Pressured would be applied to the syringe, filling 50ml Blue Top tubes.
The pictures below show what LTV looks like after the last filtration process.
STEP #7 – 80 DEEP FREEZE
This step is the last quality assurance phase for manufacturing BB 7075. By freezing our purified LTV at a –80 temperature we eliminated all living organisms. This is verified by microscopic cultures and stains test.
